Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation, expert tax advice, and coordinated services with our team of specialists at a local TurboTax location.

You will engage with clients in person and virtually, grow the local client base, and deliver end-to-end support by connecting customers to bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning resources offered by Intuit.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience (30+ 1040s per season) using professional software.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20 hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise: hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients across personal and business scenarios.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador: build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma.
