Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts at a TurboTax location to provide full-service tax preparation and advisory support for individuals and small businesses.

You will collaborate with a team of financial professionals to deliver accurate tax solutions and personalized guidance, helping clients optimize refunds and plan for future tax needs. You will grow the local client base, represent TurboTax in the community, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem,

Qualifications

• Must have EA/CPA/Practicing attorney with tax prep experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; training and uniforms provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan for future taxes.
• Grow the local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships; be the local face of TurboTax.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, Credit Karma).
• Deliver an exceptional end-to-end Intuit experience in person and virtually.
