Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support, while growing local client relationships and connecting clients with Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

You will engage with customers in-person and virtually, ensuring accurate tax solutions and a trusted local presence that contributes to community prosperity.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA credential and strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid 1040 federal/state returns per tax season.
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and relationships.
• Bridge clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within the Intuit ecosystem.
• Build long-term relationships by understanding client needs and expanding services offered.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experiences through professional conduct and clear communication.
