Intuit is hiring on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for clients at a TurboTax location. You will work with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end services, from simple W-2 filings to complex scenarios, while growing the local client base and engaging with the community.

You will help clients plan for the future, build relationships, and represent Intuit as a trusted financial guide across local and online channels.

Qualifikationen

EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
Active PTIN required to file taxes.
3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.

Aufgaben

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax clients.
Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and community events.
Coordinate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end client experience.
Build long-term relationships and drive customer loyalty in the local market.
Deliver exceptional customer experience in person and via Intuit tools.
