Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across simple to complex scenarios.
• Build local client base through community events and outreach.
• Coordinate with team of specialists to offer holistic services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and clear communication to clients.
