You’ll work with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end support, from personal to business tax scenarios, while building lasting client relationships in the community. This on-site role emphasizes local growth, cross-service collaboration (bookkeeping, payroll, planning), and a strong focus on customer experience, with training

Qualifications

• EA/CPA credentials and tax expertise required.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid returns experience (30+ returns).
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite at TurboTax office hours 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, 20 h/wk.
• Willing to complete training and wear Intuit uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community initiatives and outreach.
• Coordinate with tax and advisory specialists to deliver end-to-end service.
• Build long-term client relationships and trust through personalized guidance.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
