Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, serving both in-person and virtual clients.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, while connecting clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

You will grow the local client base, host community events, and represent Intuit in local marketing efforts, with hours roughly 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Qualifikationen

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• At least 3 years preparing 1040s (30+ returns per season) using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location; 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; minimum 20 hours/week.
• Must complete required training; uniforms may be worn.
• English/Spanish bilingual a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients.
• Assist with complex personal and business tax scenarios.
• Identify deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future planning.
• Grow local client base through outreach and events; be the local face of TurboTax.
• Collaborate with specialists to offer full Intuit ecosystem services.
• Deliver end-to-end client experience onsite.
