Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Local Service Experts at a U.S. location, delivering in-person and virtual tax services.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert advice, and software support, while coordinating with a team of specialists for business tax, payroll, and planning. You’ll grow the local TurboTax client base, build relationships, and deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney credentials and tax prep experience required.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• At least 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20 hours/week minimum, 8am-5pm local time.
• Must complete training and comply with company requirements; uniforms and advertising using your name.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping and payroll.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience, both in person and via video tools.
• Build long-term relationships and ensure ongoing client loyalty.
• Represent TurboTax Expert in local and regional marketing efforts.
