Intuit seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, serving in-person and virtual clients.

You will provide full-service tax returns, offer guidance, and connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll or advisory specialists to deliver end-to-end support while building local relationships.

You’ll grow the local client base, participate in community events, and help customers achieve positive financial outcomes with Intuit resources.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney credentials preferred and extensive tax knowledge.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service areas with training provided by Intuit.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community engagement.
• Coordinate with specialists for bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
