Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation for in-person and virtual clients, providing expert guidance and software support while collaborating with specialists to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience.

You will grow the local client base, build relationships, and participate in community events, using marketing tools to expand TurboTax adoption.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas.
• Must be onsite 20 hrs/week, 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
