Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide tax preparation and expert guidance, while also growing the local client base and connecting customers with Intuit's ecosystem of services.

Role emphasizes in-person service, deep financial understanding, and a community-focused approach to help clients optimize taxes and achieve financial goals.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with tax preparation experience
• Active PTIN required to file taxes
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state returns per season
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 20 hours/week
• Willing to complete training and development as required
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be featured in marketing
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping and payroll
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and virtually
• Build lasting client relationships and trust within the community
