Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform on-site, full-service tax return preparation and advisory services.

You will help clients navigate personal and business taxes while expanding the local client base and delivering end-to-end solutions with the Intuit ecosystem. You will work with a team of tax professionals, handle in-person and virtual customers, and participate in training, development, and marketing initiatives.

Competenze

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20+ hours/week; peak times may increase hours.
• Must complete training and development as determined by the business, including compliance and cross-training.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms; may be featured in advertising materials.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert; create tax tips and resources for the community.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the client base and engage with local events.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning as part of a full service experience.
