Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person and virtual clients, while collaborating with specialists across tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and planning. You will grow the local TurboTax client base, deliver a best-in-class customer experience, and help clients achieve financial goals through ongoing support and community

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040s per tax season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230; willingness to upskill into additional service types.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients for simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
