Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while collaborating with a team of specialists.

You’ll grow the local TurboTax client base, build relationships in the community, and connect clients with Intuit solutions across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services. This role requires on-site presence and a strong customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Must have EA/CPA or practising attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory with training.
• Comfortable onsite 8:00–17:00 local time, at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete training and wear uniforms; consent to advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and team expertise.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local client base and build relationships.
• Organize local events and networking to create opportunities for client engagement.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
