Qualifikationen

Active PTIN required to file taxes.
3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s using professional tax software.
Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week, with peak-season uplift.

Aufgaben

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling personal and small business returns.
Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
Coordinate with tax professionals to connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
Build long-term client relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
Communicate clearly with clients using plain language and available TurboTax tools.
