Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals for TurboTax Local Service Expert roles at our local TurboTax locations in the United States. You will perform full-service tax preparation, provide expert tax advice, and collaborate with specialists to serve clients end-to-end.

Qualifications

• Must have EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Must hold PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office from 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time for at least 20 hours/week.
• Must complete required training and development as determined by the business.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and may have name used for advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business income, deductions optimization, amendments.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning.
• Build local client base through targeted outreach, grass-roots marketing, referrals, and partnerships; act as local face of TurboTax.
• Develop a deep understanding of clients' financial picture and connect them with Intuit solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Lead local events and networking to create opportunities for client engagement and brand awareness.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and professional service in-person and via TurboTax video tools.
• Assist clients in using TurboTax tools and connect them with appropriate specialists for end-to-end support.
