You will provide on-site tax preparation, expert tax advice, and coordinate with specialists to deliver a seamless end-to-end TurboTax experience for personal and business clients, building relationships in your community. Qualifications

• Active credentials (EA/CPA or attorney) with strong tax preparation experience.
• Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Onsite work in TurboTax location; in-person and virtual client service.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and referrals.
• Coordinate with specialists across Intuit ecosystem to deliver end-to-end service.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and compliance in all interactions.
