This on-site role focuses on full-service tax return preparation, expert tax guidance, and software support for both in-person and virtual customers, while building lasting client relationships in the community. Qualifications

• Active US residency and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Onsite presence at a TurboTax location in the United States.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must complete all required training and development as determined by the business.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Advise on deductions, amendments, and future tax planning while using government resources and team expertise.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with related Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
