Job summary

Intuit is seeking talented individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team. This onsite role focuses on full-service tax preparation, expert tax guidance, and software support, while expanding local client bases and community presence.

You will collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences. Strong customer relationships and local market growth are core to this role.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes as mandated by law.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise - hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador - build and grow a new local customer base, identify prospects through outreach and community partnerships.
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem - connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma as appropriate.
• Build Relationships - develop long-term trust to convert one-time transactions into multi-year engagements.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience – ensure exceptional service and guide clients toward their financial goals.
