Intuit, Inc. is seeking proactive TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice, while also growing the local client base and partnering with a broader team of specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning. This role emphasizes a connected, end-to-end client experience and local community engagement.

Formación

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040s per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours per week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax scenarios.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base and participate in community events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professional conduct and clear communication.
