The role emphasizes a full-service, end-to-end client experience, onsite presence, and a strong emphasis on community engagement and trust-building with clients.

Qualifikationen

• EA or CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, mostly 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20+ hours/week; training and compliance requirements apply.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and participate in advertising with your name/photo.

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the customer base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem options like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences and help clients achieve financial goals.
