Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to serve local clients in an on-site TurboTax location. You will deliver hands-on tax preparation, insights, and software support, while growing a local client base through community engagement and marketing tools.

You will collaborate with a broader team to understand each client’s financial picture and connect them to related Intuit services for year-round support.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or Practitioner Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax prep software; Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and engagement.
• Champion the full Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning and other services.
• Build relationships to convert one-time transactions into long-term client partnerships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional demeanor and high empathy.
