Job summary

Intuit is looking for a TurboTax Local Service Expert to join a local TurboTax location and deliver on-site tax preparation and advisory services. You will work closely with a team of financial specialists to serve in-person and virtual clients, building long-term relationships in your community.

You will educate clients about Intuit solutions, provide personalized tax planning, and participate in local events with marketing support.

Qualifications

• Minimum years of paid tax return preparation experience
• Active PTIN as required by law
• Willing to upskill into broader services (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory)

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the client base
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning)
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-person and via digital tools
