Job summary

Intuit is seeking experienced TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advisory services, and software support while developing a local client base.

You will collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions, participate in community outreach, and help clients achieve positive financial outcomes using Intuit resources.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney credentials with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of tax returns prepared (30+ 1040s) per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Coordinate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end Intuit solutions.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and secure ongoing client relationships.
