Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You’ll provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for complex personal and business scenarios, sharing context with specialists to deliver end-to-end service. As a trusted guide, you’ll grow the local client base, build relationships, and connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within the Intuit ecosystem, while delivering an exceptional customer

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, Monday through Friday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week
• Willing to complete all required training and development as determined by the business
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use name/picture for advertising
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients across personal and business scenarios.
• Facilitate tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future planning advice.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within the Intuit ecosystem.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience both onsite and via Intuit video tools.
