Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and expert advice at dedicated TurboTax locations across the United States. You will guide clients through simple to complex scenarios, collaborating with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.

You will grow the local client base, establish long-term relationships, and connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services, ensuring a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years preparing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with pro software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory roles with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare TurboTax client returns.
• Identify deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds.
• Lead discovery sessions and tax reviews using team expertise.
• Grow local client base and build long-term relationships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
