Qualifications

• ,
• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with tax expertise and knowledge of tax laws; PTIN required.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years preparing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with tax software; Circular 230 familiarity.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Onsite at TurboTax office, 20 hrs/week, 8am–5pm; remote not allowed.
• Complete training and development as required; uniforms; advertising with your name/photo.
• Interest in building local/community presence in TurboTax marketing.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus; holistic tax advisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparations for TurboTax clients.
• Serve as a community ambassador to grow local client base and relationships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Build long-term client relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Interact with clients in-person and via TurboTax video tools, addressing inquiries.
