Intuit Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and advisory services at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will serve both in-person and virtual clients, delivering end-to-end tax solutions and collaborating with a broad team of specialists. You will grow the local client base, participate in community events, and help expand TurboTax services while leveraging Intuit resources.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning support
• Develop long-term relationships to foster repeat business
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and help clients achieve financial goals
