Intuit is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide expert tax advice and full preparation at local TurboTax locations in the United States. You’ll work on-site with a team of specialists, handling personal and business scenarios, and expanding the local client base through outreach and events.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax prep experience and tax-law knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with training from Intuit.
• Onsite availability 20+ hours per week; in-office hours may vary during tax season.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Support clients ranging from simple to complex tax situations incl. deductions and amendments.
• Lead local growth: outreach, referrals, events, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping, payroll, planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
