Intuit invites motivated professionals to join as TurboTax Local Service Experts at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will perform full-service tax preparation for in-person and virtual clients, using expert guidance to ensure accurate returns and client satisfaction.

You connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem—bookkeeping, payroll, planning—and help grow the local client base through outreach and events.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney credentials with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required for filing taxes.
• Minimum 3 years handling 1040 returns with professional software.
• Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, referrals, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with experts across tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and planning to deliver end-to-end service.
• Deliver superior customer experience with clear and personalised tax guidance.
