Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location, providing hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support.

You will stay with clients through complex scenarios, guiding them to the right Intuit services while building lasting relationships within the local community. You’ll act as a trusted partner, growing the client base, organizing local events, and leveraging marketing resources to expand TurboTax's presence.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience
• Active PTIN to file taxes
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training
• Onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00–17:00 local time, Mon–Fri, 20+ hours/week
• Complete required training and development as determined by the business
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used in advertising
• Build local/online social presence as a TurboTax Expert

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow a local client base
• Bridge clients to the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning)
• Develop relationships to convert new prospects into long-term clients
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience using Intuit tools and video
• Interact with clients in-person and via Intuit technology to resolve inquiries
