Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax preparation and advisory work at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will engage with clients in person and virtually, providing tax expertise, planning, and software support while growing the local client base and leveraging Intuit resources for year-round service. Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training provided.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00–17:00 local time, Mon–Fri, for at least 20 hours/week.
• Completion of required training and development; uniforms and name usage for advertising may be required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus; holistic tax advisory experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Serve as local community ambassador to build a new local customer base and drive growth.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Develop relationships and ensure a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
• Deliver clear, personalized tax guidance and planning for clients’ year-round needs.
