Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, expert advice, and software support while engaging with clients in person and remotely.

As a trusted advisor, you will grow the local client base, collaborate with tax specialists, and help customers navigate complex tax scenarios, from W-2s to business income and planning. A strong tax background and client focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base via outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Build lasting relationships and deliver end-to-end Intuit support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and virtually.
