You will connect clients with a broader team offering bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, ensuring a complete financial picture and growth of your local client base. You will engage with clients in person and virtually, delivering a seamless Intuit experience while building trust and driving community presence.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney credentials with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be the local growth driver by building a client base through outreach and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with a team covering bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services for end-to-end client support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and maintain client relationships across on-site meetings.
