Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver holistic service and connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory solutions.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
