• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation knowledge.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax return preparation experience (1040).

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (personal and business).
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and community events.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning and related services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and resolve tax-related questions.
• Represent Intuit in the local market and uphold brand standards.
