Intuit Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to perform full‑service tax return preparation onsite at a TurboTax location.

You will advise clients, handle complex tax scenarios, and collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences. You will build local relationships, grow the client base, and participate in community outreach with marketing support.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attestation with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s using professional software; Circular 230 knowledge.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with training.
• Onsite work hours 8:00–17:00 local time, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete prepar ation for TurboTax clients, including complex personal/business returns.
• Grow local client base via community outreach and referrals with marketing support.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll and financial planning as part of Intuit ecosystem.
• Build long-term relationships and ensure a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience.
• Deliver excellent customer service in-person and via video tooling.
