Intuit, Inc. is seeking experienced TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, answer questions, and act as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate complex financial scenarios while delivering a best-in-class customer experience. You will also grow the local client base, establish long-term relationships, and leverage Intuit tools to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and planning services.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience; strong knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office; 20+ hours/week; standard training provided.
• Willing to wear uniforms and participate in branding.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills a plus; experience in holistic advisory.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax returns, from simple to complex.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build lasting relationships.
