Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will perform full-service tax return preparation, offer expert tax advice, and collaborate with specialists to serve clients end-to-end. You will also grow the local client base, engage with the community, and connect clients to complementary Intuit services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifikationen

• Active professional tax preparation experience with experience in personal and business tax scenarios.
• Must hold or be able to obtain PTIN; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas with training.
• Must reside in the United States and be onsite at TurboTax locations.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and plan future taxes.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the client base.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning as needed.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience, in-person and via video tools.
