Job summary

Intuit is seeking ambitious Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax return preparation and expert tax guidance at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will work with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end tax services, from discovery to final planning, in person and via digital tools. This role emphasizes community engagement, client growth, and cross-service collaboration within Intuit’s ecosystem.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience and tax law knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Comfortable working onsite, 20+ hours/week, with potential peak-season scaling.
• Willing to wear company uniforms and be featured in advertising with consent.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence and client base.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; experience in holistic tax advisory is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships with marketing support.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end Intuit service.
