Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide tax expertise and full-service preparation at on-site TurboTax locations. You will work with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences, helping clients navigate complex tax scenarios and build lasting relationships in the local community.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00–17:00 local time, 20+ hours/week.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and participate in ads with photo usage.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Support clients with personal and business income, deductions, and amendments.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.
