Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax expertise at dedicated TurboTax locations across the United States, combining tax prep with community engagement.

You will work with a team of specialists to help clients navigate complex personal and small-business taxes, grow the local client base, and deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences in a dynamic, customer-first environment.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business tax scenarios.
• Identify deductions, minimize taxes, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning guidance.
