Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks Tax Local Service Experts to perform full‑service tax return preparation and advisory support at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will work with a team of financial professionals to deliver end‑to‑end Intuit experiences, including complex personal and business tax scenarios. You will grow the local TurboTax client base, engage with the community, and collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and planning.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, business tax advisory) with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.
• Willingness to complete training and development as determined by the business; ability to use Intuit uniforms and be portrayed in marketing.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base and foster long‑term relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional and empathetic client interactions.
• Engage with customers both in person and via Intuit video tools; address inquiries and tax challenges.
