Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking energetic Local Service Experts to perform full-service tax return preparation and tax advisory for TurboTax clients at local locations. You’ll collaborate with a team of tax professionals, expand the client base in your community, and guide clients through Intuit’s ecosystem of services.

The role emphasizes on-site work, in-person client meetings, and ongoing training to upskill into broader financial services with a focus on excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax prep experience and tax-law knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Min. 3 years filing 1040 federal/state returns with professional software.
• willingness to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 20 hours/week minimum.
• Must complete training and may be asked to wear uniforms and be used in ads.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to complementary services within the Intuit ecosystem.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and virtually.
• Act as local ambassador for TurboTax and Intuit branding.
