Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will blend tax expertise with community engagement to help clients navigate their tax needs and achieve positive financial outcomes.

In this role you’ll perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 1040 returns using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas with training provided by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan ahead.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with the broader Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
