Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and full-service tax return preparation at a local TurboTax office.

You will work closely with a team of tax professionals to serve in-person and virtual clients and become the local face of TurboTax within the community. You will also drive client growth by engaging with the community, hosting events, and connecting clients to Intuit’s broader services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador, identify local prospects, network, and organize events to grow TurboTax client base.
• Bridge clients with the Intuit ecosystem, connecting them to bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
