Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver expert tax preparation and personalized financial guidance at one of our local TurboTax centers.

You will work on-site, serve in-person and virtual clients, and collaborate with specialists to address complex tax scenarios while expanding the local client base and promoting Intuit solutions. This role emphasizes customer-centric service, community engagement, and a business-owner mindset to grow a local practice within the TurboTax

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Must have an active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual returns per season using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a community ambassador, growing local client base and organizing events with marketing support.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships and ensure customers leave with a clear path and full support from Intuit.
