Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and advice at a local TurboTax location in the United States. You will work on-site with a team of tax professionals to serve in-person and virtual clients, focusing on comprehensive tax solutions and client education.

You will grow the local client base, participate in community outreach, and leverage Intuit resources to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll and financial planning services.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and referrals, utilizing marketing tools.
• Coordinate with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) to deliver end-to-end client solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences, building long-term relationships and trust.
• Represent the local TurboTax office in community events and client meetings with professional demeanor.
