Intuit, Inc. seeks on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and advisory services at local TurboTax offices. You’ll engage with clients face-to-face and virtually, building trusted relationships while guiding them through complex tax issues.

You will work with a team of specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, ensuring a holistic, end-to-end Intuit experience for customers and community partners.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador, growing local TurboTax client base and engaging with the community.
• Champion the Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients with related services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build long-term client relationships and deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Participate in local events and marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness.
