Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation for clients at a local TurboTax office.

You will work onsite, engage with personal and business tax scenarios, and expand the local client base through community outreach. You will guide clients through the full Intuit ecosystem, from bookkeeping to financial planning, ensuring a seamless, year-round service.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training provided by Intuit.
• Onsite availability 20 hours/week, 8:00–17:00 local time, Monday–Friday.
• Must reside in the United States and obtain any required state licenses.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including personal and business returns.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships to drive loyalty.
• Connect clients to the broader Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, Credit Karma).
• Delivere a best-in-class customer experience in person and via Intuit video tools.
• Collaborate with a team of tax experts to ensure end-to-end service.
